    Today starts with free shipping code but not yesterday as well as for all outlet stuff (but not selected items: yesterday's post was very limited for a few items).

      Was it because your basket was already in the 'Free Shipping' threshold? Code only worked for me if I bought a pair of socks, but over $100 it was already free.
