    Has anyone stayed here before? I would be interested to hear peoples experiences as I have just booked in a 4 night stay in june.

      Never stayed there as I lived in town, but the Station is the go to place for large - value accom in Jindy (well out the road anyway - had the very occasional drink out there though :).

      This is just the usual early season deal & is just a case of rolling the dice if your looking to actually ski/board, but otherwise as long as you don't madly rush everything like everyone does, will have a good time anyway.

      The long weekend opening season festivities will have probably died down by the start of this deal period.

      Yes, I've stayed at the Station, it's fine, good value for money. Not much to do there except eat and sleep, and the food isn't particularly exciting either. But the rooms are large and have everything you need.

      That time period though is the riskiest, and probably shittiest time to go to the snow. You'll have to be lucky to get a good dump in those early weeks.

    On paper its an okay deal, but I don't know how they get to $506 pp.
    Looking at wotif its $180 per night for a unit or $149 for a less nice 6 bed room only.
    Early season tickets at perisherblue.com.au are $164.

    So (2x $164 + 2x $180) / 2 is $344. The value improves a little from the 24th-2nd.
    But not going to sneeze at saving $144. That will cover fuel and meals.

    Does not include ski or equipment hire, so that is another cost to factor in.

    If you don't have your own gear, it will be much more expensive. Also factor in food and transport costs.
    Voucher only valid from 17th June, 2011 - 2nd July, 2011, which is fairly terrible. I wouldn't bother with this one.

      Doesnt it say 500 available? O.o
      Good thing Spreets is limiting the number of vouchers to be sold, Im guesing theyve learnt from Scoopons mistakes. Even if its only 10 available, better than them allowing 1000s to be sold, not guaranteeing you'll be able to use your voucher.
