Hi Guys, This is my first deal, so pls take it ezy!

So Officeworks has the Belong $40 Starter Pack for $15 and the ($25 starter pack for $10) which is amongst the cheapest I've seen them.

If you buy the $40 sim for $15 and then get a referral code $20 credit (see below for codes to enter upon activation), you can accumulate $60 credit. Therefore your first 6 months (on the $10 plan) will cost only $15!! ($2.50/month!!)

Belong runs on Telstra's Network and the coverage is great, and down speeds are fast, I've experienced up to 90Mbps down! The data allocation rolls over each month and is easily transferable between accounts.

From my experiences, porting is fast and easy (I've ported from both Vodafone and Telstra without any fuss) but I do recommend that you activate via the website as people seem to have issues activating via the app.

    Have you considered long term plans for Boost. Heard they are hard to beat.

      Have thought about it and almost went for it. But at the end, it's almost like a 12 mth Prepaid contract and I'm after a month to month.

      Who knows, I might like a phone next year and wish to get onto a plan for it.. so I like that flexibility.

      I know it's cheaper to buy outright but don't have the lump sum. :(

      How much are you going to need 'customer service' though.

      Been with them since November 2017. Had an issue with porting. Logged a support ticket with updated details at 10pm on Thursday. Port was updated and completed at 6am the next day (WST).

      Since then have not needed to contact them and been happy since moving over.

        for me to open a support ticket to cancel my connection was not good experience.

        As i was too close to my billing date. so was always checking support ticket if the ticket has been resolved or not. at end i was not charges for next month but still who knows.

        Rest i dont like there website and mobile app. takes a long time to show how much data is left.

  Anyone know when referral credit posts to the account of the referrer. I referred to a friend who has the $20 in their account balance. It shows in my history Introduce a friend - credited $20' but has not been added to my account balance.

    Then I have a problem. Friend introduced on 22/03, billing cycle starts on 28/03 but still no credit for me.
