          Yes, you need buy from Ebay store, and PM me your Ebay User ID or customer name so i can find out the Order ID for you.
          warranty is 1 year. Roborock now have their own service and repair shop in Syd, All warranty issue goes to them directly. You can contact through Phone or Email.

          The vacuum arrived today. Very quick delivery and it works really well. Those with existing items that use the Mi Home app and utilise the location of Mainland China should be aware that the Roborock has to be set as a different server location (Singapore works)
          and won’t work set as China. The workaround I used was to run the app on two devices, one for my dafang cameras and another for the vacuum.

    For those requiring an ebay order id for the additional 5% off promotion, it is available in the url immediately after you pay for the purchase in ebay. If you close the window/tab, you will lose an opportunity to see the order id.
    Edit; turns out I'm completely wrong. It's in the URL after you click "show order details", however, this doesn't seem to work with Gshopper. Or they have a minor delay between the two systems.

      It is 1 year standard warranty covered by Roborock.
      Customer bought through our channel will be referred to Roborock Official Service and repair store in Syd.
      You can drop off the machine at the store if suits you. Otherwise, They will pay for the postage for the transit.

    Fellow OzB, roborock has released a new version of s50 aka gen 3 Called roborock T6. Not a major change, but should drive the gen 2's price sub $400
