Some Pops are just plain lazy eg R2D2 Pop looks…just like R2D2. But others look very cool when they’ve been “pop-ified”
sometimes the bodies of the cheap ones can be used to make custom pops.
I don't get why they are a thing. Close inspection reveals they're generally cheap looking (you can particularly see it in the painting being off target). Although i saw there was a Batman series where all of them were good, I kinda suspect DC complained and had them fix it. Or maybe they need to calibrate their painting machines way more often or something, dunno
