  IVe been waiting for a decent set of Xiaomi headphones to pop up at a great price but I guess those days are over. How do these go? Can anyone recommend anything else similar in the < $50 price range?

    I find the reviews on JBH for these to be a little unfair, I've always thought the value for money is totally on point.

      As someone who used the old 300 IIs for years these are indeed not as good, which is where I think the negativity in some reviews comes from. Build quality was never excellent, I think I had to warranty replace them about every 6-8 months, but the new redesign I definitely think is much worse.

  I am using a pair of these right now. Fantastic for the price I bought them at. A little bassy but great sound.

  Sennheiser earbuds are great, but all of the ones I've had have died in one channel and needed to be replaced. I've since moved to xiaomi which seem to have the same level of durability but don't punish you as much when they die.
