  I hope the screen is better than my v30. I was expecting good things, but it's just kinda awful. The colour or something is just plain off. At low brightness it looks horrifically yellow tinted.

    that's a notorious defect of v30 screen

    some got it replaced successfully , some went through hell to argue the color tinge

  Love LG phones, very underrated , but I am not phone- geek, will upgrade my V30+ when this is below 600$ mark

  Lg no longer midrange king. And at this price you could get a p20 pro with a fantastic camera

    I agree.

    I used to love LG for the mid range price tag and near high end features but now it feels like they are high range price with mid range features.

    It seems like each model suffers some kind of problem too. V20's suffered some heat/throttling, V30 has yellow tint problems, what will the V40 have? And LG are near impossible to get these issues fixed. Too many superior alternatives in this price bracket.
