    Does it apply to travel deals? Is there a $ limit on cashback?
    For instance: you purchase $3000 travel, less Groupon 15% discount = $2550. Will you also get $600 or $510 cash back from Shopback?

      Yep.

      15% code is capped at a $30 discount. Cashback however is not capped and applies to the price after discount.

        Thanks, I did see that but (mis)interpreted it to the date that it would be available and assumed that it would show as pending much earlier than that in line with how transactions normally do. Showing as pending would make it clear that you'd met the requirements, whereas not showing at all makes it look like you haven't!

          All good - the thing is if we credit accounts the day after purchase, not all transactions would have come through yet so we'd have to go back multiple times. That's why we'll do this later all in one go :)

I would have thought that putting it as pending, once the requirements are met (as you did with things like the OzBargain sign up bonus when you launched) would make it clear that it was dependent on other requirements being met, but I can appreciate that doing the dev work for a one off like this is a pain and easier just to do it in a batch later.

    I have used the shopback app to buy things from groupon and hasn't tracked.
    I logged a ticket and now it's "pending" I had to pay for a few people in advanced and I don't even know if I'll get the money back or if I do, how much. Kinda annoying. I've had a few family members with the same thing.. does anyone else have the problem?

      ShopBack app on the phone.

      If it's the extension we will refer it to purchases via the "ShopBack Extension". In this case, extension purchases are treated as a desktop purchase. Purchases through the desktop site will only be eligible for 10% cashback.

      The 20% cashback offer is only for orders made through the ShopBack app. Orders through the ShopBack desktop/mobile sites only qualify for 10%.

    Same here, issue with tracking. Says clicked tracked but no cashback recorded until today. Bought groupon voucher through app and reply I got was to submit a tracking claim.
