  I think it's targeted. I've availed a free ride this morning and didn't have to put a code. It's by default.

    It is by default but some people in Brisbane couldn't get it the other day without it. If you look in your app it will still tell you it's using a code. But yeah not sure as to the level of targeting, afaik Bris?

  Can’t even set up an account with Ola.
  Install the android app, enter phone number (it says ten digits but only accepts nine, remove the zero at the start).
  I get the activation type code via text, it automatically has the code already entered, choose next and it says error, try again and says it expired.
  Looked up help and they say it expires after 15 minutes, for me they expire within seconds.

  Back to Uber.
