  Requested a couple of styles on the second last deal posted and was told I'd be contacted when they came in which never happened. Then contacted OP again on the last deal posted and was sent a PM to which I responded with all details. Never heard back after that.

    I'm very sorry potplanty, i've just spoken to my colleague that ran the last OzBargains sale and he admitted he let this one slip through unfortunately.

    Overall, we put alot of effort in making sure our customer service comes first and this experience isn't what we stand by.

    Same issue here, contacted their customer service after their last sale as I wanted to purchase another pair. Never heard back. Been over 6 months now.

  Hey guys, I received my sunglass and they look good - however they are completely unwearable. The lenses are like prescription lenses, you get a headache wearing them and they are't clear (my eyes are 20/20). I have had a few people try them and they all say the some thing. I want to return them please
