My wife ordered a MacBook Pro, iPod and Printer from the Apple Online Store.
The iPod shipped first, the Macbook Pro and printer a few days later.
Moneyback Co only acknowledged the iPod price, even though everything was paid for at the same time.
When I raised a query, explaining the whole situation, it was rejected, even though I supplied order number, invoice number, details of order, when they were delivered but part of same order, etc.
Got a piddly amount back on the iPod, but not for the rest. In my eyes, that's beyond excrement.
So, watch out if your order through the Apple Online Store. It's a crap shoot.
I like my Apples but I must agree with you. I also lost out on an ipod I bought a few years ago. (it might have been buckscoop, but the issue was the same)
I buy thru Myer where at least I can get Myer one points and have access to a relo's staff discount.
Alternatively some say you can get at least 5% off thru JB if you can haggle.
