So will the NUE Smart Zigbee Gadgets Wall Mount Light Switch also work with Philips hue hub and hue app? If so does that mean it will work with the Philips Hue motion sensor?

I'm trying to automate a fluro light in a garage so it will come on with motion.

  Yes, the NUE Smart Zigbee Gadgets Wall Mount Light Switches work with Philips Hue hub and the Hue app.
  
  It also works with Philips hue motion sensor, you can set up the motion sensor through Hue App to let it trigger on/off of the Nue Switches.
