      Pretty sure the new model comes with those attachments. The old version had them sold separately which is probably why they are clearing these

        There are 2 models, the HR2358 adds auto-weigh and includes 3 extra discs over the HR2357, the Chinese set (angel hair and flat wide) as well as the 0.8mm flat sheet. Not sure if they've added more since.
