- Cashback is not payable with Deliveroo orders paid partially or in full with Deliveroo credits
- Promo codes or voucher codes not approved by ShopBack
Approved codes are codes that have been listed on the Deliveroo store page on ShopBack.
In this case there's only one code: SHOPBACKIS1 ($5 off when you spend $30 or more, new Deliveroo customers only)

Tried for deliveroo though the app, but it only took me to the website, it didn't work with the deliveroo app?
Cashback is not available for orders on the Deliveroo app, they must be done through Deliveroo's website.

Pickup orders are fine. As long as you are not using a coupon code, then it is fine.
