  • How this one compare with Spark please? Im in need for sth to start the fun with my kids.

Also can the code be used with this

    It's currently only 449

      How old are the kids?

If they're young, look on banggood, there are some pretty neat brushed 'tinywhoop' style fpv drones, if all they want to do is fly.

You get out of it (goggles + drone) for under $100.

But they're of 0 value for photography,

For photos, the lowest at all will be on offer by SYMA brand, and the 'best' without spending dji money, will be the Xiaomi MiDrone, which, depending on the reviewers own bias, often 'beat' the dji in performance.

      • I have dji tello, but the range is really dispointing and no obstacle avoidance and home return when disconnected, which is very very important, at least the latter. Witout those features, it takes me and my kid like 15 minutes before getting fed up with the drone.
Mine is 9yo but I mostly play with her too, so need sth more reliable

    • This has longer flying time than spark, 25m v 15m + waypoint functions.. spark better suited to photography.

    • This is ok for a standard drone for playing around with. If you want to do real photography, you want the Spark. The Spark has a Gimbal which you can pan at different angles. The Bebop 2 has fish eye lens which will warp your picture. The Bebop has a longer flight time due to a bigger battery so depending on what you want to do with it I suppose.

  • Good deal (although just the drone was $200 at mwave just after Xmas)

I sold one with a used skycontroller (v1) and extra battery for $450 on eBay.

  • Does anyone know of where I can get just the bebop 2 without the controllers as mentioned above? I already have the disco and controller. Btw the disco is also available on catch.
