      Some stores may give it to you with the cheese on the burger if you have the right crew people. It's about the principle of the LCM not having any extra addons (i.e you shouldn't be able to add another patty to your hamburger, even though it's $1.1 extra… which I think leads to a new hack… Double Big Mac + 2 Meatless Hamburgers for $2 more than a Big Mac, save $0.2 plus get the two extra buns with sauce and f all toppings.
      Others store will give the cheese in a separate box and you'll need to put it on yourself. However, in many cases the cheese will be stuck to the box due to the heaters at the end of the production line.

        Or did you mean buy 1 Big Mac then buy 2 $1 Hamburgers then transfer meat to Big Mac to make it a Double Big Mac for $2 extra and get some extra meatless buns?

You would transfer the meat over to the Big Mac, and therefore get a Double Big Mac for $2 more than a Big Mac, and get two meatless hamburgers. It's funny too, that the Double Big Mac is the SAME PRICE as a Big Mac EXTRA 2 patties!
