Also 3.5% cashback with shopback or cash rewards.

    • +2

Or for those who have access: 5% off using gift cards

  • Amazon au selling full black or white same price.

    • I don't see it. Link?

    • +1

Womens only have one size (6) and only black is $80.

    • +1

Is it actual Amazon or a store on Amazon? For something easily counterfeit I would only buy from Amazon itself. Or just buy the copy myself on dhgate instead of being hoodwinked.

      • It's from Amazon AU apparently

    • Thanks for that. 10% cashback from Cashrewards make it to $72 delivered for the black colour..

Excellent shoe for actual running btw, much better than the ultraboosts that were just posted for $160 and half the price (I own both)

      • Which has the softer cushioning? I'm looking for some shoes with the best cushioning as I have a bad back, there will be no running, just regular daily use.

        • +2

Ultraboost may be a bit softer but the overall support is not as good 🤷🏾‍♂️

          • +1

@jsjc: Thanks will go instore and try a pair

  • Hi OP, I just wait for Pegasus turbo to go on sales, I don't think that's ever gonna happen.

    • I doubt they will either, that's why I got these 😁

      • If any of you see Turbos go on sale, pls post it here, I am saving money for shoes.

Can I buy 2 then return one pair at my local Rebel for a refund to avoid paying shipping?

    • Or just keep both!

  • Anyone know what sizing of nikes are compared to Asics? Generally wear 11.5s but only size available is 12s.

    • +4

Sizing runs a touch small and narrow so 1/2 to full size up generally works. Checkout the size guide.

      • I can’t find the size guide can you please tell me where it is on the page?

        • Nike length is standard US. But these particular shoes are fairly narrow which is not reflected in length size. You can loosen the laces to get them to feel like normal running shoes, but then you won't be able to use the heel lock.

EDIT Looks like the wide version is also on sale: https://www.rebelsport.com.au/p/nike-air-zoom-pegasus-35-4e-…

          • @sep1: Thank you. Got the wide version.

    • +1

I run in Nimbus 20's 10.5US. I tried on the Pegasus 35 a few weeks ago and 10.5 was fitting. Slightly snug in the toe box but comfortable. (y)

  • This is an amazing deal. It'd have to be a pricing error. Thanks for sharing!

  • Would this be ok for daily use? I just want a really comfy and light shoes to wear daily

    • +3

I wear these as my daily shoes for walking around in. Super comfy for just walking around in.

Can anyone post Pegasus Turbo deals, I really want to give a try but no ways I am paying RRP.

    • -1

You can always try it and return it later on.

  • Does anyone know if DFO has deals like this often? I saw DFO have 50% discounts a few times except on Max Air which have less discount.

    • +2

Last time I saw a pair near Brisbane Airport, it was $90 after discounts, so let's say if it drops to $130, then take 40% off maybe later in the year.

  • Thanks, Bought Two $160 for free shipping

  • Nooooooooooooooooo!
I'm currently using these shoes, but my Ultraboost arrived today.
It would be hard to get permission to buy another pair of shoes.

    • +4

It's easier to ask for forgiveness.

      • +2

        This person ozbargains.

    • +2

For running shoes, I usually just buy first and ask later :) They are pretty much "consumables" (as in 800-1000km per pair) so just explain that it's a good idea to stock up when they are on sale.

  • Thanks OP. Got last size 12 in Prahran (VIC) store for $80. Staff knew nothing about the clearance price and as expected it scanned at $180.

FWIW, no Pegasus at all in Richmond Rebel (VIC).

  • Bought a pair, hopefully they are as good as the ASIC Gel Nimbus.

  • Anyone know if these are true to size?

  • Cool - bought two pairs - already shipped with tracking number in like an hour.

  • +1

Anyone know the difference between these two?

4E means wider shoe for people with wide feet.

      • Thanks for the quick answer :)

      • Woohoo!! Finally a wide Nike shoe again…

..Only in size 8 :( sigh!

  • Keep getting errors when trying to place an order. :(
    Update: sort it out. :)

  • Thanks OP just click and collected my pair and really happy with them!

Went in store to grab a pair but they were sold out of my size. Received a free shipping code ‘RMTRKXGPBQYL’ that I used. Was told it was single use but tried it again just now and seemed to apply the discount. Hopefully benefits someone else.

Thanks OP, 3 x family now be running on Pegasus 35. (y)

    • +1

      Pegasus family lol

  • Just picked some up for the wife. Note they run larger than the previous version (ie same size is larger in the new model) so had to take them back for a size down.

  • +1

    Dammit. Got one. Thanks OP.

  • Awesome price, thanks OP.

  • +1

Just curious if anyone buying too many shoes so far for 2019? I have to stop lol

  • Bought one for my boy.

  • Would you guys go for the standard black/white? the black/green looks ok but not too sure about it.

    • Are u cool enough to wear black and green??

    • I got black and green, very happy with the colors.

    • Ive got the black and green, looks way better in person then in the picture.

  • Great find OP!

Managed to click and collect a navy pair

  • Didn’t get these at a deal this good.

Have had these shoes for about 6 months. Very happy with them as my daily runners. Take them over road and trails in hitch they are not well suited for being a toad shoe but it works for me. Very comfortable and durable. These are designed in a way that pinch the toe more than your traditional road shoe.

Thanks OP! Just got a pair in Blue at the local rebel, super comfy and a great fit. Scanned at $150 but it was overridden after looking at the website.

  • You gotta try first, it is not comfortable fit for me.

  • Just tried these in store and found them too tight in the toe area for me. For reference, I run in a Mizuno Wave Inspire 14 usually. I also have a pair of Ultraboost ST Parley which I have yet to start running in but they fit comfortably.

I don't believe you can return for change of mind at Rebel (unless you want store credit) so you might want to check that you like the fit in store first.

  • Awesome find. I got a pair from Bundall in store despite online staying they were out of stock.

I noticed they fit quite small. I'm usually 8.5, sometimes 9. But in these I had to go 9.5.

    • Indeed - half size up was required over my regular size. Found this out last time around. This time - bam! My size in the bag!

    • I am usually 11 but had to go 12 for these ones!

  • Cheers OP, got a big run next month so gives me another shoe option!

  • +1

Which one is more comfortable and will last longer - Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 35 or Asics GEL Nimbus 20 Running Shoes?

    • +1

Depends greatly on the individual. Impossible to say without actually trying them on to find one that fits your feet.

    • +1

Tried both on tonight, Pegasus light weight and flexible fit where as the Nimbus were heavy-duty and looked more durable. Would recommend trying on both depending on requirements.

      • Thanks mate going to buy Nike Air Pegasus. Hopefully store is able to refund if size issue.

    • +1

I got 900km on my Pegasus 35 before I started to greatly notice the cushioning being affected on long runs. (I leave a day's gap with shoes to allow the foam to recover). There is no physical damage anywhere on the shoe with the tread-wear limited to the mid to ball of foot. They're still great as daily shoes now. Any of the running shoes in this class will get around the same mileage.

  • Thanks mate got mine

  • +1

Pricing error fixed. Back to $149 :(

    • don't think it was an error as such, as they advertised on their own home page banner at $80- probably trying to get rid of a bulk of stock as the new model is coming out in the next couple of months

      • I went into the local Rebel today to pick up a pair for one of my kids. They were back to $149, the guy told me it was an error, but they gave them to me for $80 anyway.

For those interested, Pegasus is a neutral runner. Be careful your foot probation before you buy. Also I’ve noticed a few comments about ASIC Nimbus. Nimbus is also a neutral runner but it uses Gel technology instead of Nike’s foam technology. Nimbus is ASICS flagship neutral runner and comparable to Nike’s Vomero series not Pegasus. Pegasus is a weight class down from Nimbus, lighter but won’t be as supportive for your foot during long runs. This being said Nimbus series has become increasingly firm so you won’t experience the plushness or softness you get from the Pegasus or Vomero (13, not 14) for that matter. I’ve found there’s less bounce or spring from Nimbus despite being sold for its plushness. At the end of the day, you gotta try it on and see if it works for you.

    • Would you recommend for somebody with abit of flat feet? I am using the Adidas Adizero F50 Runner 3 and it's quite narrow but no issues with running. It's very light which I like.

  • Thank OP! Grabbed a pair for myself from Rebel Macq Park… Matthew (the store rep) was kind enough to match the $80 price today even though the offer had expired!

  • +1

Has anyone been sent their order yet?

  • Would someone be kind enough to upload a receipt so i can try and get a pair for $80 at my local store thanks in advance
