  • Dang that's pretty good… and tempting…

Except you might as well buy some generic no name card from China. Become thats what Lexar is these days. A name slapped on a Chinese OEM.

Maybe you can try not to be biased like this. AFAIK, Nintendo uses Lexar branded SD cards in 2DS and MicroSD cards for 'New' 2DS XL. This brand still has trust in the industry.

        • To be fair those 2ds's are now older stock/manufacture now, although that doesn't make these newer cards bad….. I wonder when they ran out of the older stock….

@Forfiet: Thanks for your comment. I also mentioned, they use Lexar in Newer model 2DS XL (Orange/Blue/Poke ball/Minecraft/Animal Crossing editions etc) as well. I think it will take a couple of years for the Switch console to completely replace where 2DS/3DS are on the market.

@DBW: Yeah no probs, I wasn't even sure if they stopped producing the new 2ds so I couldn't be positive on the when they get fitted with sd cards(I have older lexars and even sandisk in mine, but alas they are 3ds(so naturally older) that's why I didn't want to make a solid opinion, but like you said I doubt they are bad cards unless we experience otherwise….

  • Great price if it's a good card. Someone was writing in another deal that Lexar are just a generic Chinese brand now.

  • Can I use this in my Samsung S8!?
