I was at Bunnings Hoxton Park and found the Marquee 3m x 3m gazebos at a great price ($50). Comes with walls too! There were about 18 left for sale. Not sure if this clearance price is for this store only or at other stores.

  Grabbed one of these at Noarlunga SA a week or so ago as they had them for $45 (only a few left, not enough to warrant a post on here) - I'm quite impressed with mine for the price - includes side walls (as one long sheet that wraps around and attaches with velcro)… also has a fly screen door on it. Yes, it probably won't survive any heavy weather or continual assembly / disassembly, but for the price it's an absolute steel… and a bit better quality than the other el-cheapo one's I've previously seen set up.

  I picked one up in Chatswood - they had a pallet of them for $49 in between isle 8 - 12
  They also had an Oztrail 3x3 one on clearance for $99 in the same location.

  Kirrawee has these still @ $99 out the front. Didn't see the OzTrail ones.
