This was the first thing I saw shortly after turning off my alarm. I was really hoping it was just a dream and this wasn't the real lineup. 😱
Pretty lousy if you ask me, I've always paid for Xbox live gold but not game pass, so maybe it's time to make the switch. Seems like better value for money

I mean, it's $1 for 3 months atm, why wouldnt you try it out? Even at normal price it's a fantastic service, best thing to come out of gaming this gen imho.

Don't get me wrong. I enjoyed the hell out of it. For 20 odd hours I was having an absolute blast but there's piss all story and the battles are pretty easy, after 20 odd hours I felt like I learned nothing about Link or Ganon and anything. The Princess was using her power to keep the bad guy at bay or whatever for a hundred years while you slept and that's it. You wake up, do some shit, find these big AT-AT looking (profanity) and go beat the baddie. All in all, not that much story. Game was still tremendously fun to (profanity) around in, any game that lets me surf down a mountain on my shield is fine with me, and the combat and crafting were intuitive enough to keep my interested but basic enough I wasn't overwhelmed, it's a fine game, perfectly fine, but game of the year? Game of the generation? Even Switch launch game I wouldn't put it up there, I spent more time playing Fast RMX and I don't even like racers that much.
Great game though, but holy shit is it undeserving of all the praise it gets.

Well, it's always fun to shit on PlayStation when Xbox has much better games, but uh, even PlayStation's 2 this month are better than these 4. And one of their 2 is Metal Gear Survive for (profanity)'s sake.
Gotta sling the shit both sides.
Gold 2019 is standout. I'm really looking forward to that.

What a sh*t month! I've never seen them announce it so late in the month. Mircosoft themselves know how crap this lineup is and pushed the announcement back to the last day of April.
Well, E3 is just around the corner. As least we can… oh, nevermind.
