This is a great deal for this fightstick, local stock is $350! I believe stock ran out, but amazon will replenish this in May.

With fightsticks the problem is shipping is expensive usually, so Amazon Prime is great for free shipping.

  • Also sold by Amazon US via AU. Still good price. Cheaper than US retail $169.99 (AU$241).

I got this stick, It's pretty awesome. You can even swap it out for sanwa parts as the joystick that comes with it can be a little clunky.

At this price point I would've imagined they came with Sanwa buttons by default.

      • Paid ~$100 for my hrap3, came with sanwa stick and hori buttons which i swapped out with sanwa for a further ~$20.

        • In the fighting game community, Hori and Sanwa parts are neck and neck, its really down to personal preference. There's seimitsu parts too, but thats a separate story…

  • Exactly. The Pro N is even better than the Kai for Hori. Whats even better these sticks really hold their value and really easy to change out all the buttons, levers and even the PCB. I even bought the Qanba obsidian from Amazon and its sitting in its box in my house now.

I want one but I'm too cheap to pay $200 for one because I won't play fighting games often enough.

For me, an arcade stick reminds me of the good old cabinet days, could never afford an old Neo Geo then. Shows how old I am! From a buttons standpoint, its really personal preference of Sanwa vs Hori levers and buttons. The Qanba Obsidian/Dragon, Razer Panthera/Evo and the Hori Rap 4/N are the best production sticks currently available. Don't get me started on custom sticks…easily USD$350. There's also a crazy Victrix FS Pro production stick at USD$350.

    • Hmm, any recommendation for cheap entry level options?

  • Hey can anyone recommend a good fighting community in AU? I'm a bit out of the loop tbh. My real love is SFIV, but I am one of the few who actually enjoys SFV as well. Dont mind a bit of DBZF. Online or local, even though I am bound to get destroyed…

    • Unfortunately I don't think theres a big fighting community over here. TBH i only got into them due to the retro aspect, I never learned how to use stick (always a pad) and I just couldn't pull off combos successfully. There's something really tactile about using a clicky stick and buttons!

Hey! You can check out Ozhadou on Facebook. They run monthly events in Sydney for Sfv and Dbfz and heaps of other games if you are interested.

    • ill play some 4 with you, dm me your steam

  • Does anyone have a good suggestion for a wireless (bt) PCB that I can wire into my stick? I have a custom sanwa stick/buttons that I've wired to an old aftermarket PS3 controller PCB.

The only issue is that I now only have a PS2, Wii U and XBONE that won't work with it..
