    Thanks OP. I was in a serious quad bike accident a couple of years back. Have had knee pain ever since. Hopefully these patella straps help (the size medium compressors were sold out).

    I bought the Knee Compression but it rolls over when I use it at the gym… It is a tight fit to start but after few mins it rolls

      I agree with this. I bought them from the last deal and they’re pretty useless to be honest. 2 min of running / walking and these fall down… the rubber is only at a very small spot up the top and not full length. Poor design i must say… my old $3-5 knee bands from ebay / aliexpress were much better.

      I grabbed a pair at the last deal but they have been fantastic. I don't use them for cardio, but for leg press/extension/curls and have had a real decrease in knee soreness since using them.

      I disagree. You probably got it too large.
      I use mine playing intense badminton for a few hours each time for a few months now. It never really needs pulling up like my other 8 pairs of all sorts knee protection.
      The nonslip rubber thing leaves clear compression mark after a few hours but never too tight to me. If it moves, it won't leave that kind of marks.

      buy neoprene sleeves for the gym - these are elastic and don't provide a useful level of compression for heavy squats or leg press. I have something similar to these and i only use them to keep my knees warm when running. If you want a cheap sleeve option look up get strength. If you want the best of the best or plan to compete in weightlifting or powerlifting go for sbd - expensive but the best performance and longevity and approved in all federations.

      If you're expecting any support will prevent injury, you are experiencing way too much. However, if use properly, they do give you some support, reducing risks.

        Mate I know very well how to use this product and have been using other brand’s products since 4 years since i injured my knee. You on the other hand clearly don’t have a clue on what I am talking about but will keep arguing. There’s hard any rubber on this thing to begin with and surely not enough to hold the product in its place…

          good compression sleeves aren't made of rubber - they're made out of neoprene - but sure you know exactly what you're talking about enough to tell others off. it says in the description of this product that its made out of elastic - why would you expect the world from it.
