Whittaker's Chocolate Blocks 250g $4.50 @ Coles Normally $6

130

If you've run out of 2nd rate chocolate from Easter and need some of the best then pop into Coles for the classic family sized 250g block of Whittaker's. Flavours include Creamy Milk, Milk Caramel, Salted Caramel, Coconut, Hazelnut and there was one more which I can't remember.

Enjoy in………moderation.

Interesting that the Coles blocks are 30 to 50g more than the Woolies ones.

Coconut. It was the coconut flavour that you couldn't remember you SAVAGE.

(Seriously though the coconut flavour is the MVP of this range. It is everything Coconut Rough's promise to be but fail to deliver.)

      No way. Peanut Butter FTW.

      • Such a beast exists? Hmmm… I stand by my coconut lover, at least until I've tasted this ambrosia of which you speak.

        • Peanut butter is the missing one!

  • So is this brand better than Cadbury's? I've always thought it was the lesser brand and avoided it

Lol go buy one, this is proper choc instead of cadbry confection.

    • It's good

Why does nowhere seem to stock the 72% cocoa Dark Ghana block anymore? Loved that one.

  • My local Coles stocks them in two different places for some reason. The newer introductions e.g. of hazelnut are in a different location at the end.

    • Yes. These are not in the chocolate section at my local. They are at the beginning of the aisle whereas the Cadbury blocks would be 2/3 the way down.

    • Agree. Whittaker are randomly placed at Coles, sometimes in two areas of the same store. Sometimes they're not even in the chocolate section.

  • Not all the Coles in a 25k radius around stock them too, have no idea why.
