    These products do work, you can lose up to 2kg in a day or two. The products work by dehydrating you as the kidneys have to process the high protein level in the drinks which the kidneys require a lot of water to expel. The body can't store extra protein like fat and sugars, so the body breaks it down and sends it out the kidney's. Too many of these and you could end up with kidney problems and on dialysis, also causes osteoporosis.

    Only a fool would buy these kind of products.
