@Optimus Prime: It was a 35 minute process to order 7 pairs of undies, but I persevered and it worked in the end. Didn't error out for me at all, just slow. Now I'm gonna be late for work. Haha.

Worthless website. Made an account and went through checkout, then payment fails because "this customer email already exists". Of course it exists, I'm logged in.

Terrible website.
I received the same error. Went to the help page and a little chat dialog popped up in the bottom right corner asking if I needed help. Told them of the issue, gave them my email address and a few minutes later they fixed the issue on their end. Logged out, logged back in and was able to complete the order.

That happens on their site if you accidentally double click the submit button when creating the account. The site stalls a bit when you click to create and may have clicked it again. So the stupid system has literally made 2 accounts. You have to email them to fix it. Might as well do it now, in preparation for the next sale. Seems to be quite often now

Anyone have experience with returning underwear? I'm unsure about sizing and don't want to order too many if I can't return them in case they don't fit.
You can't return underwear if you try it on. For hygiene purposes, since they aren't gonna be able to do anything with worn underwear. My advice is to go instore and see what they look like. That's the best you can do. Of course, do that on top of referring to the sizing guide

Works if you check out as guest and use different email. System error when you try to login, so check out as guest and it should work fine.

I definitely reccommend Champion. Their reverse weave outerlayers are great. Durable, warm and quality clothing. Only downfall is price. I'd also try out Nike techfleece. Catch them on sale and they are worth it. They are good at retaining heat and almost as soft but doesn't pill like fleece does. Let me know if you want help finding anything specific, I'll be down to do that
