bought the 750GB one for $37 from OW on clearance the other day. Cheap cheap

    • Daaamn - can you post a receipt or a screen shot of the stand? Wouldn't mind trying for a price match on that.

    • Wow that's crazy!!!! Why was this deal not posted on the spot after you bought them lol????

Checked the officeworks website, the 750GB models have all been replaced by USB3.0 versions now.

      • It's in their current catalog in my area

        • Thanks. That store has sold out, but my local store has stock and have bought online for pickup.

Interestingly they put this drive under cameras and camcorders not Computers - a little strange, and that's why without the model number/link I couldn't find it.

          Thanks again for the update.

BTW this would be a good deal for you or gagans to post on its own

  • I know this cheap. But the caddy is not stunning. Do you think?

  • I saw that some of these models are now coming out USB 3 capable (much faster transfer)

This can almost be classed as a price rise. Before they changed to this price you could get them to pricematch Clive Peeters minus 5%, bringing the price to $55.10. Still a decent price.

Can anyone confirm weather the HDD can be easily swapped out of this particular enclosure?

its a NATIVE usb hard drive it has no SATA… same with the Samsung one.. they are shorter and lack SATA can not be used in a laptop

  • I got one of these when they were $79,nice small unit.

You can get the neoprene case for $9.87 which matches it.

I like the fact these have a password protected function on the drive.
