How to Claim:

To claim a reward, the claimant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period;

a) purchase a Participating Product (defined below) from any store within Australia displaying advertising for the Promotion (“Participating Venues”); and

b) visit www.bauschandlomb.com.au, follow the prompts to the Promotion entry page; and fully complete and submit the online entry form with their personal details (first name, lastname, date of birth, email address, mobile number, State/Territory, post code) select the product they purchased and the retailer they purchased from and provide bank account details where they would like the amount to be refunded) and scanned copy or photo of the receipt from the Participating Product purchased.

c) Entrants must keep original receipts as proof of purchase

AU18+, promotion period starts 8:00am AEST 01/04/19 and ends 11:59pm AEST 30/06/19. Keep receipt. Max one (1) claim per person. Reward is $10 cashback awarded directly to the bank account specified on the claim form. Claimants are responsible for providing full and accurate bank account details. Refunds deposited in Australia only and twenty-eight (28) days allowed for payment after verification process is completed. Successful claimants will be contacted by email within ten (10) days of the claim being validated by the Promoter. Validation can take between five (5) to ten (10) business days from date of submission of a Claim.
