  just so you know, in Dell outlet there are about 17 units of Alienware m15, $1669 delivered, 1 year warranty, with similar specs:
  - i7-8750H
  - 16gb ram
  - 128GB SSD + 1tb hdd
  - FullHD IPS 300nit 60hz
  - GTX 1060 6gb

  someone may prefer that.

      good question! to be honest I don't think so, because ordering process is manual through chat, there's no click through to purchase, I doubt anyone does cashback on it, does anyone else know?

      I always buy Dell refurbished, they are no different from new, and Dell warranty support is much more responsive than Lenovo.

  Anyone have one of these? how is the screen quality? I need to edit photos sometimes.

    display only covers 57% sRGB, not your ideal choice for photo editing.

    I can recommend a laptop for photo editing for $1300, but video card is equivalent to MX150so while you will be able to get some gaming done, forget about modern titles.

    however there are gaming machines with better screens out there, look at alienware I mentioned in comments above.
