It's another one of those weekend sales at Baby Bunting on everything which isn't already discounted. Not a bad place to shop if you want to see/touch before you buy, and I have always appreciated the customer service and advice. The pricing isn't always the cheapest though but they are happy to price match, or if you become a member, you get 5% off all the time anyway.

Excludes Best Buy car seats, Best Buys, gift cards, clearance, car seat fittings, items already on promotion. Not in conjunction with any other offer.

      Just used the wording from their advertisement but maybe it would've been better to say 15-20% off items not on promotion/RRPs, rather than storewide.

      It’s really small list, have you seen most others like Myer David Jones, big w etc. they have a lot of brands longer than your arm.

      It’s bascislly no best buys, or anything on promo(which have bigger discounts).

      Gift gift cards etc are pretty standard

    Had issue with one of their recent 'storewide/sitewide' sales. Oricom baby monitors were not part of the exclusion list but the website never updated the price to reflect the 20% sitewide sale. Once I posted that comment, someone must have read it and updated it the next day.

    Also, depending on which Baby Bunting you go to, price matching can be frustrating as well as dealing with some of their really arrogant or condescending staff.

    Just unfortunate Babies R Us went under. But fortunately still have some decent independent stores.

      I've had positive experiences at Camperdown and Moore Park, but I'm mindful it's not a large sample. That being said I've never done any aggressive price matching attempts though.

        Glad you had positive experiences. Unfortunately, I am in VIC and not alluding that all stores provides bad experience. Just my general experience whenever I shop at BB.

        Once I tried to price match David Jones on DJ's generic 30% off all Love To Dream swaddles. As DJ's website is not the greatest, I was told by the staff that I needed to go to the nearest DJ to take a photo of what they have in stock and it must match exactly the model, colour and size of the swaddle I wanted.

        Instead, I went to purchase at DJ.

        Another time, I tried to price match Avent bottles to a local Melbourne independent store and had to go through so many hoops to finally get a price match as the independent store did not have a retail front but has a warehouse to collect your online orders to save on shipping. I was initially told that BB do not price match online stores (even though their own policy states that they will price match online Australian based stores inclusive of delivery).

        And finally had another bad experience with their warranty claims. Long story this one.

          Ouch, fair enough. IMO if I was in your position I'd buy from DJs and also use the Suncorp/RACQ/etc discounted gift cards for extra win :)

          Price matching is so much hassle and BS these days, I sometimes just prefer to buy from the store with the lowest price out of principle.

    I got 10% off recently on a 'best buy' car seat via their eBay store and used 10% off eBay vouchers.
    eBay store delivery it's free on many higher value items

      Did anyone's order from baby bunting get cancelled? I got an excuse from them that they had a technical error and have cancelled my order.

        Mine went through without any problems. A 'technical error' sounds suss to me, though my understanding is that eBay site-wide codes don't cost the seller. The seat I bought still has free shipping on eBay v $9.95 from the BB web site.
        It will be interesting to see if BB is excluded from the next site-wide coupon. Maybe someone has ruined things for everyone by trying to make them price match in-store?
