    $115 x 0.85 + 5 = $102.75
    $115 x 0.9 + 5 = $108.50

  When I try to use the code PHOENIX, I get the message "We can't apply this code until you reach the minimum order total.", so it looks like this deal isn't standalone, it needs further items to be purchased to satisfy the minimum order total.
