    Does anyone else have an issue with Menulog CB being tracked?

    I've made quite a few orders yet every time they show up in my click history but always fail to actually track. Considering how low the % used to be I was never bothered to follow up a claim just for a dollar. However I did decide to recently follow up, but nothing has happened in the past month apart from being told: "we're working on it"…

    I've used different browsers, different computers (all with adblocking disabled) and always have the same result.

      Yep I have major problems with it too.

      Tried everything and it never seems to track. I always have to do it manually.
      Then when it does get added it never approves y the due date.

      • Have you had any of your manual requests for menulog be approved? If so, after how long roughly?

        Also, do you happen to pay via paypal for menulog? I have a theory that maybe PP effects the tracking because the page redirects away from ML and goes to PP. But then again, I've used CB on other sites using paypal and didn't have issues so I'm not too sure.

  • Yeah all my manual requests get approved eventually.
    Not sure of time frame. Sometimes they've just approved for me automatically as a sign of good faith.

    I actually had a 2-3 month back and forth email with a cash rewards rep last year trying to solve the problem.

    Only time I got it to work was once on my dad's xiaomi note 3 phone, but only once.
    Very odd

  • my experiences with menulog as new customer is you are treated automatically as old customer, then you have to chase up with CR or SB to manually update cashback rate as new customer.

    do prepare likely chase up work if you want new customer rate cashback

  • Yet to receive a tracking email, I knew this wouldn't be easy.
