  Only 7 hours (maximum, more likely 5 hours effective duration) in Marseille?
  I don't understand the Suez Canal Transit 2 days?
  Plenty of 'at sea' days on a ship that doesn't seem to have a lot to do (remembering that this is well into autumn).

    On a Cruise last year that stopped in Marseille and the night before we all received a notice from the ship that Marseille was a hotbed of crime and gave instructions on what we should do when we were mugged/robbed. It then went on to say that Marseille was also on a terrorism watch and we needed to be alert for a terrorist attack.
    Didnt bother getting off the ship.

  how much to Barcelona and back from Dubai.
  I've seen cruise for around $60 a day but none from Austrlia so need to factor in flights!
