Do these beans work well with milk-based coffee?

Decent for a cold brew style coffee? Could be keen to try some

      Hi GamblorsNeonClaws,

We have enjoyed the DR Congo as cold brew, would recommend it. With the DR Congo as it is a medium to darker roast, extraction time would be a little less and the cold brew tastes darker with richer flavours.

The medium roasted Peru might need a longer extraction time as it is lighter and more acidic but gives a smooth, sweet, well-balanced, and bold coffee flavour you'll definitely love for cold brew.

It is all a matter of personal preference. We like them both. Your best bet is experience different high quality arabica single origin beans and experiment to see what you like :)

      Hope this answers your q's.
