    Sorry not a great deal.

Logitech M308 is 18$ at the logitechshop

88-18 = 70 -30 = 40 a year for norton is not a great deal. i wouldnt even pay 20$ for it because kaspersky is around 20-30$ in most reseller IT stores.

    • arh I see. Thanks for that, good to get some info from someone in know.

      Australian retailers are a joke.

I wouldn't install Norton on my PC if you paid me…

Microsoft Essentials is better and it's free… Lots of others too…

"Microsoft Essentials is better and it's free… Lots of others too…"

      Yep, he speaks the truth.

      • Why mess up a computer with Nortons ? … and pay for it as well?

You sure? Security essentials is good yes, but adds quite a bit to start-up times. Though that's really my only gripe. Norton's in the last few years has picked up a lot from what it used to be. The recent editions are very slick, boot fast, and use next to no resources.

Symantec make good products for the enterprise market, not home.

        • Norton products have improved markedly over the last three years. I've evaluated them and KIS and find them both to be superior to MSE in detection without so many false positive.

Paying for any kind of antivirus these days is not a good deal.

It's free, light-weight, and consistently proven more effective than most antivirus packages out there. Definitely better than any kind of "internet security suite".

  • Norton used to give me headaches back when I had it with my Vista OS. Used to vault up everything for precaution.

I then juggled around with AVG, Avast and some a few others until I finally landed with Avira Free. Absolutely recommended - the only downside is that there's an annoying ad everytime you update.

  • cheaper to buy on ebay for oem product.

I will post a positive. Not sure why people don't understand that this is not a review about Norton products. Can anyone find a cheaper price for Norton 350 v5 retail version before posting a negative?
Any internet security suite is a overhead while executing apps/games etc. and this is not a review posting but a bargain for Norton 360 v5 retail version.

Positive here too. A bargain considering the cashback and the mouse, presume it has 3 user licences as well ??

It's not as good a deal as the one I posted ($60, 5 users, 16Gb Toshiba USB drive, 8Gb Toshiba/SupercarsV8 USB Drive, tickets to Supercars V8 event, etc), but it's still not bad.

Agree with Ozdesi, I think it is a bit rough to neg a deal because some people dislike Norton (which I agree by the way on the availability of other good free software and Norton was a huge system hog that still leaves a bad taste in my mouth). However, not everyone is tech savvy and if they wanted to get specifically a Norton product because of a all in one system, you'd have to admit price is good for the Norton. Grababargain's is a better deal but it is expired now, so this is really not a bad deal.
