How do these compare to the more popular weighted blankets ie Neptune, Calming Blanket etc?

I've been considering one for a while, but don't really know if there's a benefit spending more on these popular brands……

Anyone using a weighted blanket? Apparently you can DIY but for 70 bucks seems like a steal.

Note: it looks like the size of these blankets are a bit smaller than a queen..
