The WELCOME10 code does not work on the app. I think that’s the code where you purchase from their website, so it’s seperate to the app.
App not showing up for me in Apple App Store
No wonder Craig Cook wasn't working.
"There was an issue adding your payment method." No indication what the issue may be.
The app still lists Greenwood Plaza as a location, but they don't have a store in there anymore.
I didn’t had any issues adding a card for payment method. You will need $1 in your account as there is a verification fee which will be refunded.
At the top where you see Greenwood Plaza, click on it and it will bring you to another page on the app where you can change store location.
The issue is possibly AmEx cards not being accepted. I was able to add Mastercard.
Anyone used this yet? Tried today in Leichhardt. Got told they haven’t used this app payment method for 2 years….
Send Craig Cook an email and explain what had happened and see what they say. Could also be a breach of ACCC as the app is still up and available..
I tried to use at Northbridge Plaza yesterday. The staff there had not heard of this payment method and did not know how to accept it.
