        I was waiting for the king size Scandi base to come in for last few weeks - just ordered.
        Seems good deal, the mattress is great, had it for a month so far.

    just got my Queen mattress from the last deal. Delivery was great and loving it so far, though it has only been 2 nights. Definitely doesn't seem like a "cheap" mattress

    I bought this(super firm )in the last sale and I am pretty impressed. I think everyone should try this at least once before spending crazy 1k on the mattress (I already have 1 1.5k super firm mattress :( )

    had mine for about 6 months now - awesome buy!

    had the chemical smell after it was unwrapped, let it air out for a week and the smell was completely gone, edges arent sagging like others seem to find which is good too

    had to put a step next to the bed for my senior kitty to get up though, the new mattress seems a bit taller than any other mattresses ive had before :)

    overall a great buy

      Agree - Bought the Super Firm for my back and Have not woke up with a mild backache since using this new mattress so Im very happy. Not as warm to lay on as my premium sealy pillow-top mattress which was super comfortable but was not firm enough. Even with a woolen underlay added.
      Bought the superwarm 700g quilt to add from a previous ozb deal different supplier and wrapped with that! I dont think this mattress is any taller than a normal non-pillow top mattress according to my spare room and past experience. Not sure how this brand of mattress will last over time - was worried about the slat situation and the spring quality to be honest. overall - happy purchase. thanks for sharing the love OZB!

    Terrible delivery service with hunter express.
    They attempted to deliver a day before the delivery date without notifying and when calling, the office refused to call on their next delivery.
    I actually took the day off when they were suppose to arrive. I've told them to leave it outside for Monday, hopefully they can do that.

    Since buying a double with the slat base in the last deal here are my thoughts:
    the mattress seems quite comfortable, however the edge support is not very good.
    The slat base is quite sturdy once built, however you will need to be careful when moving it because the centre supports don't have any kind of brace which means they are very susceptible to lateral movement ie: dragging/sliding the bed (I can see them easily splitting the wood they screw in to.)
    Also the slats for the bed should be screwed in if you don't want to deal with rattly annoying slats and you will need a power drill to drill the pilot holes.
    There is a piece of heavy duty (maybe nylon?) material that sticks on to the edge of the base to cover the slats, it's super (profanity) annoying because every time you want to change the sheets the Velcro gets in the way and comes off, then is difficult to reattach. I'm probably going to staple gun it down or remove it all together
    Edit: also the Allen key they include for building the base didn't even last the building process, it's very soft metal and the head warps easily

      i read in other forums, it defers from one mattress to other. check the lining, if it seems loose let it sit there for another 24 hrs. that's what i am going to do anyway. Me too got my mattresses today. Haven't opened them yet.

    Plan to get the bed , ( Scandi base ) for the Queen mattress. would someone who owns it please give some comments ? torn between whether to get a gas lift one or just this Scandi base.

    The Phantom quite likes these pocket spring mattresses, though they are heavy and tend to sag after a while.

    For example when The Phantom slept on his side with a bonnel spring mattress, he'd get a sore shoulder, but not with these.

      Code wasn't working for me either so I contacted ebay customer support.

      "Upon checking on your account, the reason why you can't apply the code is because your account is registered under eBay US and the promotions are for AU members only."

      They changed my account from US to AU and now the code works; happy days
