Are you sure? Everyday price seems to be $20 in the pic.

If you want pay that kind of price that woolworths set for retail (to show us discount) why would you not pick India Gate Classic from Indian grocery shop?

Same rice (Exotic)can be picked from Costco any time for this price if you have membership (used to be $7.99 last year).

        • Costco isn't everywhere, and not everyone has membership for it. Indian grocery shop sells them for over $15

          • @Do I NeedThis: not sure which shops you go to. Here in South East Melbourne area nearly all shops sell for $12. For $18.50 you get India Gate Classic.

    • Definitely not everyday price. Although it's been on that price for a couple of months now, it'll go back to normal soon. I know because this happened last year too.. they bring it out during festive season like Diwali and Ramadan

The premium one is currently $17 at my local woolies. Do yourself a favour and spend the extra $5.

    • What's the difference in exotic and premium please?

      • +1

Better quality rice, better taste, better fragrance, better separation of rice. Just better.

  • if this is costing 7-8 bucks, i will take it

  • Nearly every week it is at that price.

  • Not in carramar Woolworths. This is the first time I saw it.

  • Premium is much better. I didn’t like this one.

  • What is the cheapest price/s people have seen this kind of rice for does not have to be India Gate but finding historical low prices for Basmati so I know when to pounce.

    classic>premium>exotic

    • This guy rices.

      • So exotic is the best or worst lol? Sorry I can't tell if the arrows mean better than our an evolution type train.

        • Classic is the best, followed by premium. Exotic is the cheapish stuff.

Source: eat too much rice lol.
