  I was consdiering the c2 until I worked out it doesn't have a speaker.

  Damn, none of these are both swimming-proof and NFC enabled. They are my motivation for buying a smart watch.

  Any smart watch recommendations that satisfy the above?

    The C2 is NFC enabled mate… it has Google Pay, the swimming part is an issue though. Might have to pay a good portion more than 200 bucks for something like that.

      Cheers, was interested in the Galaxy Watch but not sold on the Tizen OS… If it was Wear OS I would have bought the Galaxy.

        I'm in the same predictament at the moment… Love the look of the Galaxy S3 frontier but am worried about Tizen, But like the C2 but don't like the fact it has no speaker and apparently WearOS has a ton of good aps but it runs like crap… (didn't really want to spend over $250)

    Fossil gen 4 are swim-safe and have NFC.

    RRP is $469 - $399 for the "sport" version - but they've been 30% off a few times and EOFY is coming up.
