Get 15% Bonus on Velocity Points When You Transfer Your Crunch Credits to Velocity Frequent Flyer in June @ Envirobank

50

Take a deep breath and enjoy 15% bonus Velocity Frequent Flyer Points this June.

To celebrate World Environment Day (5 June), we've teamed up with Velocity Frequent Flyer to reward recyclers with a 15% bonus on Velocity Points when you transfer your Crunch credits until 1 July 2019*.

This year's World Environment Day is about raising awareness of the dangers of air pollution.

In many countries, plastics are not recycled and are disposed of through burying or burning; this not only threatens the health of people and animals, but it severely impacts the health of our planet. In fact, nine out of ten people worldwide are exposed to levels of air pollutants that are classified as unsafe by the World Health Organisation.

With 1 million plastic bottles bought every minute worldwide, each container you return for recycling is another step towards positive change.

Head to your nearest Envirobank location and recycle your way to bonus Velocity Points and a happier planet!

  • 1 container = 15 crunch credits
Convert to just less than 6c work of Velocity points with 15% bonus
    Not worth it for me

    • Depends on what you are using the points for - if you are treating them as currency and using them to buy items or giftcards then obviously you would just be taking the 10c refund in the first place instead of velocity points.
But if you are using them to travel business class overseas via Singapore airlines the points become more valuable.

1000 canis bottles or what have you equates to 15000 crunch points.
With velocity transfer under normal conditions this equates to 5000 Velocity points..
This means that Ur $100 credit turns to 5k velocity points, which equals as I calculate "2CENTS" A POINT….This is a goldmine, it's at the high end of the cheap end of points, but if ur flying, which is the only SMART WAY of spending then, this is easy air travel.
It's Wednesday 2mro, go check Ur neighbours yellow bin, go pick up cans at the park, or anywhere.
Then upgrade Ur next paid ticket, or buy outright with Ur points.
    Like I said, it's a goldmine.
AND THAT CALCULATION IS BEFORE THE 15% BONUS FOR VELOCITY.
