    I'd really like to upgrade my Mi Max 2 to this, as I find my battery life is deteriorating rapidly, but I'm struggling to justify the cost - especially given the Redmi Note 7 is half the price.

        I mean, you almost never need the latest and greatest. My phone with it's SD835 is still holding up quite well…

      Trust me it worth the extra. I got it next to my note 9 and find it is super fast and snappy. Picture quality is nicer on Note 9.

        Yeah, personally I'm focused on the camera and cant find anywhere that reviews it against something with a good quality camera.
        Just waiting for the right deal to jump at me.
        Seems like a good price for this phone though.

    anyone thinking if this is better than the k20 pro, you are right it is, i was so excited for the k20 pro, but the latest youtube comparisons show that the mi9 has superior cameras. as far as fingerprint sensor, the k20pro is faster by few miliseconds, hardly noticeable, also the coolness of a no notch if that scratches your fancy. also expandable storage and headphone jack, price is actually more than this since its a new launch. chepest is around 750aud converted, at that price you better off putting another $100 and buying a s10 tbh
