  • Jeepers that's a good deal. Have a near full tank currently..so don't really need to visit my local Caltex.. but that's a great deal. Thanks OP.

so equal $9 each. is Caltex Coles Express?

    • Shell is coles express

      • Not all shells are Coles express

    • Caltex Star Mart. Coles Express is Shell

    • +2

      No, 2 boxes x 2kg for $9, so 1 box x 2kg for $4.50. Means $2.25 per kg??

Is this "Active Clean" version the same as what you'd get in Woolies or is it like a weird import version that's crap like you get in Reject Shop?

  • last firday morning Amazon Au got a deal 4L OMO washing lqiuid as low as 7 bucks with free delivery Amazon Prime plus cashback.

You could check price history from 3camel website

  • Thanks OP. Was going to get the big box from Costco but this is way cheaper.

  • Is this stocked in every Caltex??

  • That's cheap, pity it's not Sensitive version.

Showing $19.99 @ Woolies so this deal for 2x that value must be good ..

I'm not to fussed when it comes to washing I've always been using the Coles Smart Buy stuff which is $3.70 for 4kg.. does the job for me ! https://shop.coles.com.au/a/a-qld-fnq-earlville/product/cole…

    Choice just updated it's reviews:

    1) Omo with A Touch of Comfort Inspired Freshness

    2) Omo Ultimate

    3) Dynamo Professional Deep Clean with Odour Eliminating Technology

    4) Dynamo Superior Stain Removal

    5) Omo With Built In Pre-treaters

    6) Cold Power Complete Action Powder

    7) Cold Power Pure Clean Sensitive Powder

    8) Aldi Trimat Advanced Concentrate Laundry Powder

I find it really strange how number 1) Omo with A Touch of Comfort Inspired Freshness is 84% then again re-appears at 54%, same as no. 2) Omo Ultimate being second at 83% then later in the list 61%. It's also very strange how last year Coles had 2 DIFFERENT brands in top 10 yet and one of them was no. 1 but this update doesn't have Coles in the entire list yet they have essentials by woolies in the list at the end

I like choice, I like the idea.

However, you make some valid points which are obvious. Why do they review Aldi (trimat) and Woolworths but not coles?

Also it appears that Washing powder with fabric softeners seemed to score high. Adding the fabric softener in separately gives a much better result!

Are companies just handing over big money for reviews?

      • @ Mr x. There are double scores because they have scored them depending on the type of washing machine you have ,front loader or top.You use the filters to select the washing machine you use.

      • Coles brands were omitted from the testing because they were being reformulated and Choice were unable to test the new formula.

No sign of it at my local Caltex Star Mart.

Stick some in your tank give it a good octane boost and clean 👌

  • Please confirm which Caltex is this

  • Is this nationwide? Did not see in my local caltex

    • I went to 3 caltex and no sign of this deal in WA

      • Update- no sign in store but tried scanning at cashier and it works!

        • Which store is this and what state?
I am in WA and I went to a few Caltex and they only had the 1kg at around $13 each.
