  Not that 1650 is significantly weaker then even the previous generation 1070, so its not a really good future proof solution for a non-up-gradable system.

  Those are XPS 15 2019 specs for maybe half the price.

  But I don't know how good a gaming GPU 1650 is. Nor do I know how good their warranty is.

  It definitely seems like a good deal, but which laptop in 2019 doesn't support thunderbolt? That's the deal-breaker on my side. Another thing, if you dish 350 more you get same laptop with 144hz panel and 1660ti.
