  Is stainless steel cooking surface any good? How do you season it?

  I personally love cast iron.. So not sure this is for me.

    Funny, I had a Weber with porcelain enameled cast iron grates and was going to change them to SS, but I ended up selling it.

    I wouldn't think SS needs seasoning, maybe just burning off manufacturing oils. Stuff that is cooked won't stick.
