I had heard somewhere that Coles/Woolies have free delivery if you spend more than $100 online. I just checked Woolies website to redeem this Amex offer and saw that free delivery is only for orders of $300 or more. Is there a way to get free delivery for $100 spend?

They both have free delivery on your first shop if you spend over $100. Coles used to for everyone if they paid with a Coles credit card, but they scrapped that.

Missed all the recent deals from AMEX, because we are in WA.And you commented at 12:30pm WA time… You had ample time before registrations were closed (only closed 21 minutes before your comment).
Great got the email at 9am and filled by 11am.

Wish they would change so its capped on uses instead of just registations. I bet so many people get these deals and never use them.
But people shop and pay because of the cashback. You can't have it so, no one knows if you'll get the cashback after you complete the purchase or not.
