  Friend, I'm curious, aside from profit based engagement and in poorer communities qol guarantees, what else does the course cover?

  The course covers management of the steps and process needed to help people/customers get involved with projects in a way that will benefit them, not necessarily profit. And using that involve to improve the chance of projects succeeding. Its a project management based course. It does not cover profit based engagement or qol guarantees, not sure what they are.
