  • I resisted a little while ago when JB had this for 199 I hope Amazon doesn't price match well I kind of do :)

    • Seems to be an ongoing thing. Usually Amazon drop price and JB match it. Last time I don't think Amazon matched price. If some one checks with Amazon against Kogan they might bring their price down.

I was thinking Officeworks the best if you can get to store. $189.05. If the store has stock which in Melbourne I know the Mentone one has them last time I was in there.

      • So Officeworks will basically price match and beat the price is that what you're saying? My local Officeworks is five minutes away.
Yeah Amazon didn't price match last time

        • Give it a go. Worth a try. Let us know how you go.

I literally spent my day watching YouTube videos of this thinking “I’ll get one when it goes sub-$200”. Thanks!

    • Historically it's hasn't been much lower for ages. This price is generally the lowest. Just for the panels. When the Rhythm set goes on sale get that as the module is sound reactive. Connect up to 30 panels

Yeah as soon as I saw your post I got one. Thank you!

    • Desktop wars or Randomfrankp are my go to videos for setups with lights

  • Can anyone tell me the difference between the one above and this one on Amazon - https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B0785KQPSR/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp…

    • @ub78 The Rhythm is the set to get now if Kogan SO. 9 panels plus it has the sound activated module. Reacts to sound. You can also plug in audio jack from music player and lights will flash to that. The basic smarter set is only the 9 panels plus power. So get that to set if you want to increase panel numbers. Also there is the 3 panel kit add on for sale now. You can only use up to 30 panels to 1 power source. Hope that helps. Any other questions?

The Rhythm module alone is $55

      • Thanks @Deadbny! So the Rhythem set from Amazon is a better buy with additional functionality and same expandability of 30 panels.

        • Correct. Enjoy if you get them. Their great led lights. Just expensive.

        • @UB78 historically of recent times that price for rhythm is cheapest from my quick look in here and from what I can recall. Certainly cheaper than when I brought a set a year or so ago. These dont really go much cheaper than $22 per panel.
