Purchased this CPU cooler for my PC at Amazon US for ~$78.38Aust which includes shipping. Decent price since its selling in Australia for at least $99-$128( http://www.staticice.com.au/cgi-bin/search.cgi?q=corsair%20h…)

  • These will get a whole lot cheaper very shortly as the new models are out in the next weeks.

    • Yes

And also their is some silly price gouging still going on with reference to the exchange rate.

OTOH, corsair customer service (dealing direct with USA HQ) has been insanely brilliant to me on several occasions.

  • I'd rather pay $20 more for the H60 tbh

  • -2

Lots of hassles and waiting to save 20 bucks. No possibility of return if it doesn't work, no deal.

    • Huh? they come with manufacturer's warranty…send it back via RMA with Corsair if it fails…

  • how about warranty?

    • You'd would get better service and support contacting Corsair for warranty

Generally if there are issues you will be provided with a center to send your product

Crosair have main office in the US but also a office in Taiwan
Which is where i usually get warranty returns from them.

      • some product only cover warranty at US Corsair, not in AUS.

        • Not sure what you mean by that

But if your saying cause the product was bought in US, its warranty is only valid in US
          Not true

As long as you have the reciept/Serial number of the product Corsair will replace the product.

I've even bought products such as RAM off eBay that have come faulty and had them replaced.
As well as another H50 unit that leaked

  • $20 more to get it locally.
