If anyone pays $13 for Eat Pray Love, I will be forced to come to your house and take to you with a piece of 4 x 2…I'm still traumatised after being forced by the missus to endure that movie : (

  • DVDs Yick ;p

    I can't justify $13 for a DVD these days.

Maybe for a good Pixar or something that my kid will watch more than 3 times.

None of these are really "watch twice or more" movies, so why own them?

    • I'd watch The Hangover more than once, and I have

But yeah you don't want your kids watching that
Take em to a Chucky cheese or something ;)

    • agreed… it used to be the case that if a dvd was under $20 it was a bargain, but not anymore since you can get bluray's for under $20.

wont be long now and dvd's will head the way of vhs.

      • until the entire world shifts to 720/1080p which would be near impossible in third world countries as well as the developing countries, dvds are not going anywhere. Hell I know that China/India/Russia still sell cd copies with one movie on two disks or dvds with 20 movies in them. Yeah crappy quality to say the least

But dvd prices will be coming down soon and fast and be the niche media by 2015 in Oz at least
