I was about to make an in-app purchase, then backed out and was offered $1 off a purchase off $4 or more. The date on the terms and conditions is 2017, but this is the first time I've seen this.

Steps:
1. Start in app purchase from an app through Google Play Australia
2. Press back button
3. Accept offer

Valid for a $1 credit against any in-app item with an on store price greater than $4 at the time the purchase is made from any app or game on Google Play.   Haha I just did the same thing earlier today.

  My Solid Explorer trial ended so I was like yeah I'll by the pro version (using Google Rewards credits), but I pondered and decided $4.80 was a bit steep, backed out then was offered $1 off….sold.
